The BEAUTYFULL CLUB and its members undertake, within the non-profit organization, to prohibit all activities, express or tacit agreements and coalitions of any kind which may result directly or indirectly in price fixing, fraud and discriminating practices thus restricting free trade and fair competition.
Each Member:
- is guided in all his or her activities by truth, fairness, integrity, mutual respect and loyalty to the industry
- commits to being loyal to The BEAUTYFULL Club and agrees to pursue and support its objectives
- is concerned with health safety and environmental impacts of their respective products and services
- commits to keeping abreast of latest technologies, developments and knowledge pertinent to the development of the beauty industry
- commits to sharing regulatory developments and worldwide intellectual property issues and information with other members
- commits to fighting against counterfeiting and to informing the Club’s members of potential high risk companies and situations
- is striving to deliver quality products and services
- will seize every opportunity to enhance the public image of the world wide beauty and cosmetic industry and all business activities represented in The BEAUTYFULL CLUB.
